i encountered an issue upon arrival i stopped briefly to unload luggage near the front. a parking fine was issued quite quickly it was not handled well by the hotel management. there was no offer to assist or even a clear warning about parking restrictions. the lack of support from the hotel made the situation more frustrating.

the location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center. there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. the staff were friendly, it. i was pleased with the service and the location's convenience.

The elevators could be confusing, as several take you to different levels. It was hard to navigate at times.

The location is good. It is a short walk to the city center.

the room i booked was not available at check-in. the staff gave me a room with one double bed instead of two single ones, they made it my problem. also, the bedsheets were stained with blood, it was appalling.

the staff were lacking in training a staff member followed my partner into the bathroom when showing her to the room to this day i don't know why he couldn't just give her the key and leave her to it one day our towels were taken as part of the cleaning service and not replaced

The location was excellent, giving me easy access to so many attractions. the rooms were super clean with high-quality furniture. breakfast was very, very good. Everything tasted fresh and i loved the pastries!!!

the room i booked initially had zero view. there was a wall right behind the window, so no daylight got in! the description made it seem like i would have some kind of view. the walls in the suite were scratched and the sofa had stains :(
